ISO Issues  We make it our business to keep up with issues that impact your activities. There are many regulatory agencies that have significant impact on your activites - the FCC, NFPA, and OSHA are just a few examples, but the one that is generally acknowledged to have the most impact on the affairs of fire departments is ISO. These are the guys that give out your report cards, and we all want good report cards! One of the more commonly overlooked requirements is that of providing recording/playback capabilities of phone and radio communications dealing with the general public. Another is that of providing automatic notification of the failure of an off premise base/repeater station.
